Theo Global Services exists to provide luxury textile, leather, and wallcovering companies the operational foundation they need to grow while honoring the exacting standards their brands demand. We bring decades of interior design industry experience to every client relationship, handling each product with the care and professionalism it deserves.
Our History
In 2019, our founder Andrew Frumovitz was looking for a facility to warehouse and distribute his boutique fabric line Theo. After a year of searching, he stumbled upon a former hockey stick factory in the in the northeast corner of Vermont.
The building was much larger than Andrew required. The warehouse was in disrepair from several years of vacancy. But he saw something others had not. Here was a space that could become a world-class operational home for luxury interiors brands — companies like his own that deserved a partner with the same devotion to quality they put into their collections.
With vision, investment, and no small amount of elbow grease, the building was transformed. A team of dedicated Vermonters was hired and trained in the handling of bespoke materials. And Theo Global Services was born as a family business built to support a community of creative companies.

Theo Global Services operates on our own proprietary trade services management platform called Selvedge. Like with a bolt of fabric, Selvedge puts a framework around our client's business operations. Just as a fabric selvedge provides the finished edge that keeps a weave from unraveling, so too does our software put structure around the client interface with TGS operations.
