Seamless Partnership
We own our warehouse and distribution center in Newport, Vermont. We receive, inspect, quality-control, inventory, store, pick, pack, and ship orders on behalf of our clients. We manage these operations all while remaining invisible to the client’s distribution network and designer clientele.
We know that the operational side of a luxury interiors business can be demanding. Our goal is to absorb those responsibilities entirely, freeing our clients to focus on what they do best – product development, marketing, and sales.
Inspection Expertise
Inspecting luxury textiles, wallcoverings, and leathers is not like inspecting other goods. These are individual works of art. As such, the client’s goods demand inspectors with specialized product knowledge and a deep appreciation of the importance of identifying any issues immediately upon receipt.
Quality Assurance
Our team is trained in the nuances of textiles, leathers, and wallcoverings, with a particular focus on identifying flaws and irregularities. We methodically inspect all incoming goods from mills and tanneries, verifying color, quality, and quantity against client master references and individual purchase orders. Whenever misweaves, color variations, or other issues arise, we provide detailed reports with photographs and precise flaw-mapping.
Inventory Management
Each client’s brand has dedicated rack space in our company-owned warehouse. Our facility is equipped with inspection machines, rolling tables, and specialized storage solutions, including individual suspension rods for velvets, so that every fabric, leather, and wallpaper receives the attention and care it deserves.
Order Fulfillment
We understand that we are an essential link in the chain connecting mill, tannery, or printer to the final installation of our clients’ products in the world’s most exclusive hotels and residences. We take that responsibility seriously. Orders are packed and shipped using best practices to ensure the proper identifying paperwork is included, and orders arrive at their destinations without incident.
